ATCE in September
We will be in Dallas in September for ATCE! Please visit us at booth number 2717. Jonathan Driver will present SPE-191581-MS ("Stability of Biopolymer and partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide in presence of H2S and Oxygen") and we co-authored SPE-191747-MS ("Effects of CEOR Chemicals on Asphaltene Precipitation coauthored with Clariant and Kuwait Oil Company"). Mojdeh Delshad will be teaching a 2-day course on Chemical Enhanced Recovery. We look forward to seeing you there.
Workshop in Denmark - June 2018
Mojdeh Delshad will present Improving Oil Recovery from Carbonate Rocks Using Compositionally Modified Water Injection at the Modified Salinity Water Flooding Workshop hosted by the Danish Hydrocarbon Research Technology Centre on June 15, 2018. For more information, please see the workshop web page.
Tracer Workshop update
Ultimate EOR services sponsored the stationary and participated in a very successful tracer workshop in Abu Dhabi.
UEORS in Norway in April
4th IOR Conference in Norway: Smart Solutions for Future IOR — UEORS CEO Mojdeh Delshad is happy to be an invited Distinguished Speaker at this IOR conference and will present "Polymer Selection for High Salinity/High Temperature Carbonate Reservoirs" on April 24th. Please follow this link for more information.
Tracer Workshop in March
SPE Workshop in Abu Dhabi: Improved Decision Making Through Tracer Technology — This workshop, sponsored by UEORS, will focus on the outcome of the tracer technology applied in petroleum industry and on tracer benefit in improving reservoir management decisions. It will will also focus on tracer applications for Enhanced Oil Recovery, Heavy Oil, Unconventional Resources, Reservoir Characterisation, Inflow Profiling, in addition to New and Emerging Tracer technologies. Mojdeh Delshad and Robert Fortenberry are serving as committee members; Delshad will co-chair Session 5. Please visit the workshop page or see the brochure (PDF) for more details and registration information.
Unlocking the Next Billion Barrels — Delshad emphasized the importance of using integrated packaging of existing solutions to exploit mature green- and brown-fields at the dinner panel discussion to kick off this year's ATCE in San Antonio.
Ultimate EOR Services is at ATCE 2017 in Booth 3256 — Ultimate EOR Services will be presenting two papers at the upcoming SPE ATCE 2017 meeting in San Antonio: "Using Hybrid Alkali to Improve ASP Performance in Carbonate Reservoir Rocks" (Paper SPE 187213) and "Customizing Polymer Rheology for Commercial Application" (E-Poster SPE 187303).
Please visit our booth on the exhibition floor (Booth 3526) for more information and to talk with our engineering staff and CEO.
IEA Mexico Conference — Robert Fortenberry, reservoir engineer at UEORS, presented "Application of Polymer Flooding to Challenging Carbonate Reservoirs" at the 38th annual IEA-EOR conference held in Rivera Maya, Mexico. For a copy of the presentation and inquiries about our research into challenging conditions, please send a request via email.
We recently received news that we are a finalist for Best EOR Technology Award in the 2017 World Oil Awards. The awards honor the upstream energy industry's leading innovators and innovations. The nomination is for our work in ultra-low surfactant retention (LSR) flooding in carbonate reservoirs. To see the full list of nominees, please see their announcement page.
New UEORS Video
We're happy to share a new video with you that highlights some of the services we provide at UEORS.
Ultimate EOR Services will be present at ATCE 2016 in Dubai, UAE. Come to our booth and hear Robert Fortenberry present "Development of a Chemical Flood Simulator Based on Predictive HLD-NAC Equation of State for Surfactant" (SPE 181655).
